We are giving a brief picture of the placement record
by IIMB in 2011 as they offered 461 offers to 332 students. Two stages of placement
sessions are organized by this college; lateral entry placement and final
campus placement. In the lateral entry session 147 offers were distributed and
the rests were given in the final one. For admission you need to crack any of
the national level entrance examinations with a minimum score range. For
admission in IIM Bangalore you need a minimum score range of 90% in CAT exam.
But to get your MBA admission in Bangalore in
any other college you either need a lower cut off score of 70% or more in this
exam or any other in between the MAT, XAT or GMAT. After achieving the cut off you
have to qualify in personal interview and group discussion round generally
conducted by the college and make sure that it is the second round of your
selection as the un succeed candidates not allowed to enroll in that institute.
Another important thing to do is the financial arrangement which is a fear
factor for middle class family. If that is ok from your family then you are
allowed to take your step forward but if not don’t get frustrated as there are
many more options. After scoring in any of the national level entrance exam you
can apply for your loan and some of the top B schools
in Bangalore are giving you the opportunity by their collaboration with
the banking sectors. Banks are providing low interest loans to the economical
students and by that they are helping them to complete their management
program. Before admission it is another important thing to select the best
program for you as there are lots of programs has been inaugurated and
developed by the schools.
